    Step 1

    将锅预热内放入牛油,融化之后下洋葱和蒜炒香1-2分钟。加入鸡肉碎继续翻炒。In a flat pan, melt the butter with oil, saute onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add in minced chicken and continue saute.

    炒至鸡肉散开后加入芫荽粉、小茴香粉和辣椒粉,炒拌均匀。接着加入灯笼椒、番茄酱和茄汁豆,一起炒匀。When the chicken all cooked and well break up, put in coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika powder to mix it well. Next you can put in the red capsicum, tomato paste and baked bean to saute together.

    Step 3

    注入清水焖煮3-4分钟,盐及糖调味。Pour in water to let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. While waiting put in the sugar and salt.

    Step 4

    转小火继续焖煮,然后在番茄酱汁中用勺子挖4个“鸟巢“,缓缓打入4粒蛋。Turn to low heat, and by using the spatula, make 4 “nests”, then carefully crack the eggs into those nests.

    Step 5

    面上撒上芝士,盖上焖煮3-4分钟即可。Sprinkle cheese on top and cover the lid. Its ready to serve after covering for 3-4 minutes.
